Hide "Hide from file list" from page and set hide to default option

is there an option to hide the "Hide from file list" checkbox from the page and set "Hide from file list" option as enabled per default?

Yes you can disable the "Hide from file list" button and no you cannot enable it by default, but you can disable the file list page entirely
