Pellet detection alarm

Hi,
Thx very much for this well made app for HA.
I recently added a pellet probe into my stove. It detects when the reservoir is almost empty and make the stove biiiip. Also, there is an option in the MCZ official App to activate this alarm if we installed the probe.
I suppose the state of this probe could be retrieved in HA. It could allow me to send a notification on my phone when it's empty.
Would it be possible to add it to your integration ?
