Feature Request: Add newlines before and after <think> notation for readability

Thank you for this useful plugin.

I suggest adding a line break before <think> and after </think> to separate the thinking response from the main response, which will improve readability.

This small change would visually separate the thinking response from the main response, making the output much cleaner and easier to read.
