Where possible, replace local styles in theme with the RAC Style Library styles: https://assets.rockarch.org/v0.10.0/main.min.css.

Update UI components to follow the RAC Style Guide.

As part of this work, consider Style Library repo issue: RockefellerArchiveCenter/styles#148. We need to decide if we want to apply local styles to code and pre tags, or make these part of the Style Library.
