The preparation of microalgae (Chlorella vulgaris FSP-E, Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, and Spirulina platensis) dataset "Detection" and "Instance Segmentation" labelling/ annotation and image pre-processing techniques (Grayscale, Histogram equalisation, Adaptive equalisation) were performed using the "Roboflow platform.
