k12: use parallel processing capabilities implemented in `keccak`

`k12` was designed to support parallel application of the sponge function. The recent versions of `keccak` expose backends which support parallel processing and it can be used to significantly improve performance of our `k12` implementation. It also will be a good test case for the new `keccak` API.
