6th Prize Winners at KJSCE Hackathon.

Problem Statement:

Making notes during a meeting is a skill full task as it would require the person to remember the key points while being engaged in the discussion. This would usually be achieved by a human assistant who would take notes during the discussion. We need to replace the human assistant with a digital assistant, who would be part of the meeting and take notes on key points. So, the assistant should have some basic functions as -

● Transcript of the meeting acquired [ various methods - speech to text, OCR, manual script ]

● Process the text generated, and make notes out of it

● Tag and store those notes for future processes

2. Here you need to mention Meeting's Lead name, Agenda, Audio file and no. of persons attending.

3 .After that you receive the generated transcripts with Speaker Diarization and further you can Generate notes.

4. After clicking on Generate Notes button you are redirected to this page where you can observer the insights of the meeting like Summarization of the talk of individual speakers, keywords tagging, name-entity recognition and the sentiments of the speakers.

5. Clicking on the one of the Dates button an event is added to the google calendar automatically.

6. Here all the past meetings are recorded.
