[Stub] Add default values to <role> and <relationship> elements when transforming EAD 2002 / EAD3 to EAD 4.0 (e.g. <origination> to <agent>, etc.)

Wanted change/feature

As EAD 4.0 is combining various elements of EAD 2002 respectively EAD3 into the new entity elements, e.g. <origination> and <repository> etc. into <agent>, the transformation should include default values for the <role> and/or <relationship> elements that are available as sub-elements of these entity elements.

@fordmadox - this should partially already be covered in the transformation spreadsheet, though needs to be reviewed and possibly adapted to the latest status of EAD 4.0. I will add some more details to this issue in the next few days.
