Production - ready app deployment

Description

Prepare the app CICD deployment for serving an app in production (HYUI or similar)

Acceptance Criteria

As a FlowEHR admin, I should

• be able to see key metrics across all of the apps running in my environment and identify app issues such as slow performance, exceptions and other common issues
• be able to drill into logs across all the app infrastructure to diagnose issues
• have clear and concise documentation on how to onboard an app the FlowEHR and how to manage and operate the environment

As a FlowEHR App Developer, I should

• be able to see my own app's metrics, performance insights and any unexpected responses and exceptions
• only be able to view logs when in an environment that doesn't contain patient data, otherwise this should be restricted to FlowEHR admins
• have clear documentation on how to build and deploy an app on FlowEHR
