Following the advice from @boghyon, I'm moving the SAP/openui5-docs#98 issue here.

The UI5 docs allow changing the targeted documentation version (right upper corner):

However, if I select the specific version, I'm redirected to the docs page, where a version selector is not available:

Please consider adding such a switcher to any UI5 docs version.

Hello @pubmikeb,

Thank you for sharing your enhancement proposal. I've created an internal incident DINC0393262. The status of the issue will be updated here in GitHub.

Hello @pubmikeb ,

As this was never an option, I've created internal feature request BGSOFUIPIRIN-6761.

We'll update you once we decide if it's possible to implement it and if so, we'll let you know once the feature is merged.

Regards,
Plamen Ivanov

Somewhat related: the same issue can be observed also with the legacy URLs that contain /sdk/, even if no version is specified.

Unfortunately, legacy *.hana.ondemand.com URLs containing sdk are still shared around and often found in search results.

Would be great if nightly URLs are also taken into account. Currently, the "Change Version" dialog cannot be opened in below Demo Kit URLs either:

OK

Could it be that the trailing / is the issue?
