Improve UI for mobile

針對行動裝置調整UI，以避免出現如下圖等奇怪情況
Adjust the UI to adapt to mobile devices to avoid strange situations such as the one shown below:

• 被遮擋的中電會標誌 The SCAICT cat logo is obscured.
• 錯位的單抽/10連抽 Misplaced single/10 draws swiching button
• 過大的抽獎機 Over-sized slot machine

為什麼？ Why?

越看越想改掉，而且相信也有不少手機使用者，雖然我不覺得我有能力修好
The more I use it, the more I want to change it! And I'm sure there are a lot of cellphone users out there.
(though I don't think I can fix it, I didn't assign someone lol)
