Hello,
I am appreciated that reliable brain morphometry especially the cortical thickness from contrast-enhanced T1w-MRI through the v6 model of the DL-DiReCT method was obtained. I want to extract other results for a further VBM analysis such as the gray matter volume. How could I export the voxel-wise gray matter volume files?
Thanks in advance.

Glad to hear that you like the new v6 model!

A corresponding file to the voxel-wise thickness map is not directly available for the volume, unfortunately. The region-wise volumes are available (result-vol.csv) as well as the voxel-wise segmentation (T1w_norm_seg.nii.gz). A "voxel-wise volume" would be a bit odd as the volume of the voxel is already defined (1 mm^3 for 1 mm isotropic resolution).

Not sure I fully understand the use case. For VBM, one usually uses gray-matter concentration on a voxel level as a surrogate for the volume instead. You might want to use the segmentation to identify all gray-matter voxels (label-ids > 1000 are cortical GM) and then run a VBM analysis with that?
