There should be a quick and convenient way for wiki pages to refer to bugs (or
other entries) in the issues database. My suggestion is to implement macros to
provide a shortcut. My thought is that [[Bug(123)]] and [[bug(321)]] (that is,
macros for both upper case and lower case) should be implemented first; others
could be implemented as the need arises.

These macros would be particularly useful in the GSoC idea pages to refer to
bugs and enhancements that could be done as part of a student project.
