Integration into SPARQL 1.1 -- Service Description

Would be nice if SDShare servers would offer optionally (SHOULD) RDF descriptions for all feeds.

If a client requests RDF/XML or any other (supported) RDF syntax, the server could answer with a self-explanatory RDF representation, see also http://projects.topicmapslab.de/issues/3732 and http://www.w3.org/TR/sparql11-service-description/.

I'm not really against something along these lines as an SDshare extension, but at the moment we would very much like to keep the spec minimal, in the hope of getting some adoption. Thanks to the RESTful design it's easy to slot in this sort of thing later, should we want to.

I agree with LMG, I like the idea but for now would prefer not to have it in there.
