News cards does not come to the actual size after shrinking

The News Cards shrinks the size when the screen width is shrinking. But it doesnt come back to the normal size when the screen width expands

None of the devices in the world, expands and shrink their display on 90% of the use cases. With the exception being changing orientation in mobile phones. I dont think this will be an issue.
Plus this is an inherent issue in Bulma carousel, which generates based on document load. reload the page and you should see the problem disappear
