Send error messages/exception tracebacks to matrix room

It would be cool if tracebacks etc can be sent to a special room (for example one with the administrators of the bot). This also has to be done in a manner that doesn't leak important data. Maybe if an exception occurs the bot could ask the room whether to send it to the administrators.
