Hi,
I also have problem loading data from Bruker scanners running PV6.0.1, including NSPECT and CSI sequences
As far as I know, ParaVision doesn't have the function to export spectroscopy data to DICOM. I wonder how the DICOM file in the sample data was obtained.
If you need our data to diagonise the problem, I'm glad to offer some sample data.
I was working on converting 2dseq into DICOM, but reading documentation of hundreds of data elements in DICOM is quite taxing. I'd appreciate it if you would like to offer some help. Thanks!
