All files in UPDATES or RIBS directory are attempted to be parsed when they do not match the correct filename pattern.

2017-05-16 13:06:42,876 | WARNING  | router_processor | 2017.05/RIBS/.rib.20170516.2000.bz2.PNxdCn is not correctly formatted, skipping
