mistakes in library column specifications

          This has a couple of mistakes, like `download_sizes` has a bullet before the quote block - should be fixed in the the the main markdown on the AncientMEtagneomeDir repo

• publication_doi: specify if DOI just the DOI not a full link, if library permalink, the full URL (I Think... should check the shcema ctually). This would apply to the ample table too I guess
• library_polermase I want to add a few examples of the most common ones
• isntrument_model: the link doesn't work (ENA problem)
• download_links: missing the back ticks around wget and curl
• download_links: bullet before admonition
• archive_project: spacing between list items
