Deal with Japanese sardine in estimateBiomass (2307RL, 2407RL) #116
Description
Japanese sardine are now separated from Pacific sardine in the SQL Server database, and therefore are excluded from species composition summaries, biomass estimates, etc. Need to create a method for either 1) estimate biomasses for both or 2) lump them together. Below are steps that must be taken:
- Add S. melanostictus to cps.spp
- Rename catches
- Rename specimens
