Move deep nearshore backscatter removal/correction to external process #143
Description
Currently, the correction of deep backscatter is handled in estimate_nearshore.R. Move all this code to an external process to make it easier to choose whether to remove/correct or not, especially when seine data aren't used to apportion nearshore backscatter (i.e., trawl data are not thought to have the same bias as the purse seine).
- Move code to correct_deep_backscatter.R
- Clean up commented code in estimateNearshore.R
