During an exam lately, one of my students (who uses a Macbook Pro) came across this error. He told me he was not sure if he used a triple fingers movement which to my knowlege in Mac, is that you try to move to another tab. Then the screen froze and shown as the attached picture.
The picture is from one of my students, it's quite hard to see but it'd great if you could help me out. Thanks in advance.
