Can not open ST microelectronics virtual com port (STM32Fxxx)

Use STM32F1xx , with ST virtual com port for USB (serial port) full speed 
communication.
the software do not recognize the port.

Change the port to a smaller number like COM2 and it will work

How can i set the port number ?
it select automatically by windows
