Bootc v1.30 release allows for --bootloader=none so we should be able to use bootc install with asahi linux

Before this bootc feature, we couldn't install asahi linux with bootc install since it assumed it could control the boot loader which is not the case with Asahi Linux since it uses uboot.
Now we should be able to use bootc install to directly with that flag, and it seems composefs-native backend might also work.
