Issue with Pause/Resume

• Pausing and resuming causes the audio to crackle
  - After resuming, will usually crash when emulation is stopped with the stop button

Edit:
Looks like the stop button and stopping from the menubar is no longer working, they both result in a crash

Working on a fix rn for the crash when stopping. Not sure about the audio though.
