Prediction Analysis

The function clusterGrid allows to make clustering analysis of a second multimember multigrid inputted referring to a first grid. This new grid may have a different time-dimension frame (newdata) or may have the same time-dimension frame (y) as the reference input grid.

The C4R grid returned as output will be either the reference grid or the newdata / y, containing the clustering analysis results saved as attributes. Centroids of clusters from input grid (attribute centroids) and the days corresponding to each cluster (attribute index) may have special interest.
