Feature Request: Date filename wildcard

It would be really useful to add a wild card to the output filename format for the date and/or time of the generation

I use this tool to share BOMs with other members of my team and occasionally the BOMs I share are WIP within a version, it would be great to optionally add a date/datetime/time into the filename to prevent overwriting and to capture that the BOMs may be different despite the version being the same.

I'll suggest using a tool like KiBot for that. It supports KiBoM as BoM generator. You can run it native on Linux, or using WSL/docker on Windows.
