innounp 1.76, 1.77 is not able to decompress yet (need to wait for next version)
innoextract "https://github.com/dscharrer/innoextract" is able to unpack once compiled but install json must be modified in order to use it instead of innounp.

I uninstall inno-setup, use innounp-unicode
seems fine
