Scoop Configuration

the issue is download link in github page https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/releases/download/V0.82.1/PowerToysSetup-0.82.1-x64.exe whereas scoop use this link https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/releases/download/v0.82.1/PowerToysSetup-0.82.1-x64.exe
as you can see it is V0.82.1 where in app manifest it is v0.82.1 suggest spelling check in app manifest
