Wiki usage

I'm currently trying to construct a wiki for a project, and one thing has been bugging me: chapters and sections are sorted by alphabetical order.

I don't know how cards order is maintained in the Kanboard view, but I think we could do something similar for the wiki view. Since every note becomes a block, we could use drag and drop to order blocks like we do with cards.
