https://seagl.org/meet and the whole mobile experience is subpar, we should add some text on the page that mentions that the desktop experience is best

I’ve opened SeaGL/irc.seagl.org#1. Do we need any changes over at SeaGL/seagl.github.io as well?

Potentially a list of channels in IRC, versus an explanation that they live within the Space for Matrix. Thinking here about folks who are bringing their own client.
