Consult KNB to improve submission workflow

Need better reproducible process here. Ask for help for ARTIS v1.1.0 release

• Our preference when it comes to updating existing data packages OR publish new data package every release. (Data portal seems best)
  • In order to be searchable in catalog must be individual package
  • Versions of the same data package are only accessible through a link
  • Seems like best thing for end users to have discrete data packages for each release of ARTIS all contained within a ARTIS portal. Portal can also house paper analyses.
• Check out EML::shiny_attributes() to update attribute tables
• can use "references" to tag data sets with an existing attribute table
• Use EML_validate() before pushing to KNB
• Can use "stagging" node to test workflow (limit data pushed)
