could not version for package

is this package still active? because I tried to download it doesn't work. and an error appears like this :

I ran into this issue too, and it looks like until someone publishes it on pypi, the next best thing is to install it direct from the repo url.

pip install -e git+https://github.com/Seedstars/django-rest-logger#egg=django_rest_logger
