Attach achievements to each zone file, allow players to list (help area achievements, perhaps?) allow hidden achievements that dont list and require discovery.
List achievements on each player, allow others to view them. Yay for internet points!
Show leaderboard or some such similar to competition.
Rewards at thresholds?

Would be nice if Boldin taught people to open west door in a room with many doors.
Boldin should also teach players to climb up & down. Maybe get something easy in the sewer.
