NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/lang3/function/TriFunction

Hey,

I am getting this error when trying to spawn a Global NPC:
NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/lang3/function/TriFunction

The NPC spawns but it doesn't have any text lines.
