SyntaxErrors in settings.py file because of question marks

I know this is a repository probably for your personal blog but when you publish an open source code it's better it works normally and Ok without adding anything to project.
In lines 24,81,126 of your settings.py file in Myblog directory you set a ? symbol which we don't have it in python syntax instead of using config or dot files and the every command for project and that returns error its better use a sample there to that every user maybe use your code enter it .
