A tasty EggSalade to spread on your delicious homemade bread. |

- Eggs
- Dijon mustard
- Sweet-Sour pickles
- A table spoon Silver onions
- Yoghurt
- Aioli (preferably homemade)
- Olive Oil
- Parsley
- Chives
- CurryPowder
- Turmeric
- Pepper & salt
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
- Put the eggs in cold water to cool them down.
- Meanwhile cut the pickles and silver onions into small pieces.
- When the eggs are cooled peel and mash them with a fork.
- Add everything together and mix well.
- Season with pepper and salt.
Enjoy your homemade egg salad, perfect for sandwiches or as a side dish!
