Icon size and font not aligned correctly

I hope i uploaded the picture correctly. I am searching for a launcher which works on a android headunit t10 which shows big icons. And yours is the only one which does. Thank you for that.
As can be seen in on the picture the icons do not align correctly (overlapping the labels) and the labels are not centred below the icons. I have now 4x6 grid. Other grids are worse.

Furthermore Can the dock be switched off or that icons in the dock also shows labels.
