What this PR does
Documents a temporary workaround for the broken
myceliasubmodulethat currently prevents
git clone --recursivefrom completing.Why
The submodule points to a non-existent commit upstream.
Since mycelia is optional, documenting a workaround prevents users
from getting stuck during setup.
Notes
This PR does not fix the underlying submodule issue.
It only documents a safe workaround until the submodule is corrected.
