Add Plonky2 Integration Methods

We would like to provide convenience methods similar to #5

🤔 Rationale

Users may struggle with full app integration. With Plonky2, there are a number of special purpose structs that get base64 string encoded when passing through API layers and they would more naturally be handled with a bincode/bin interpreter.
