Object detection on image - problem with load image

Hi.
I'm creating application which detect object on image (github yolov8.net).
I have problem with load image from picturebox or preferably directly from the camera frame.
Currently I take the frame from camera to picturebox.
Can I ask for help how to get image from picturebox, memorystream, etc?
