Interview candidates

One of our customers is experimenting with using the SkillsMap as an evaluation tool for interviews. This is promising as it gives them the following benefits:

1. More specific interviews focusing on areas of strength (confirmation of claims)
2. A better idea of the candidate's skills and thus fit into the role
   They have created an interview specific map that is sent out to candidates via the new 'Candidate' interview role. If this experiment is successful and they decide to carry on, we will need to add some features to ensure this scales.

MVP:

• Auto kick-off evaluation on joining
• No need for line manager/mentor
• Allow any member of the organization with the URL to view evaluation
• Allow full delete for rejected candidates (rather than archive)
