Automated evaluation kickoffs #14
Description
As teams scale, the idea of manually kicking off evaluations on a regular basis might start to seem pretty daunting. In order to solve this, we are proposing to provide functionality to set up recurring evaluations for all users in an organization. This would mean that you could set up, for your organization, a monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or yearly evaluation cycle and evaluations would automatically be kicked off on that schedule. Unanswered questions include what happens to people who haven't completed their evaluations from a previous cycle. The suggested solution would be to close evaluations 1 month after they are kicked off, but this requires thought.
