Create/edit template #9
Description
Currently the create/edit template experience is one of the few remaining from our pre-SkillsMap days and requires some love.
MVP:
- Allow drag & drop of categories & levels
- Allow addition/deletion of levels
- Allow modification of Template name
- Remove 'create template' form
- Add 'New Template' button which creates a blank template and allows you to modify from there
- Delete a template
