Suggestion

Add a new registry onto the skript addon interface for registering experiments

Why?

Adding a registry for experiments would give developers are more clear and concise method of registering and handling experiments. In addition to this information being stored in a more usable way it also opens the possibility of docs like https://docs.skriptlang.org and https://skripthub.net (+ SkUnity) to provide areas for addon developers to express and explain documentation about experimental apis
