Diesel Loco Shed, Pune App Proprietary License Agreement
1. License Grant
This is a legal Agreement between you, the end user, and Diesel Loco Shed, Pune. By installing this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Diesel Loco Shed, Pune grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on a single computer. You may not distribute copies of the Software to others or electronically transfer the Software from one computer to another over a network.
2. Copyright
The Software is owned by Diesel Loco Shed, Pune and is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaty. Therefore, you must treat this Software like any other copyrighted material.
3. Restrictions
You may not rent or lease the Software, nor may you modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
If you violate any part of this Agreement, your right to use this Software terminates automatically and you must then destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software and its related documentation are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind and Diesel Loco Shed, Pune expressly disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Diesel Loco Shed, Pune be liable for any damages, including loss of data, lost profits, cost of cover or other special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising from the use of the Software, however caused and on any theory of liability.
This limitation will apply even if Diesel Loco Shed, Pune or an authorized dealer has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
6. General
This Agreement is the entire Agreement between us and supersedes any other communications or advertising with respect to the Software and documentation.
The Software, including any images, graphics, photographs, animation, video, audio, music and text incorporated therein is owned by Diesel Loco Shed, Pune or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
