Cannot find structure

Is there a set seed with a chamber nearby, or a way to search/place one? I ask because I am 95% sure Trial chambers are not spawning. I do not know if this is a mod confliction (with something biomes o' plenty, etc) but no matter how far and long I search I cannot find a single chamber, even after boosting the rates significantly with the configs. If anyone has a way for me to check please reply :(

Try setting the chance to 25. The lower the more common.
