Copper, Candle, and Amethyst toggles.

Many mods like Quark or Ice and Fire and others have these features. Allow these features to be disabled to avoid duplicate content and allow this mod's structures to use those different blocks (like Quark's Candles or Ice and Fire's Copper) if configured via an option of some kind.

Amethyst also has no world gen options either.
