Deeper Depths crash on main menu version 1.1.1

In the newest version of the mod, Minecraft crashes in the main menu. I already tested an older version (1.1.0c), and Minecraft didn`t crash in the main menu.

Looks like the mixin refmap didn't generate correctly in the uploaded version, I'll see if I can get it reuploaded.

Has it been reuploaded? I also encountered this issue, and it seems to only happen when using it together with OptiFine.

This issue seems to only be affecting people with optifine installed, it looks like optifine completely messes up the chunk render code, I'm going to look into seeing if there's any way I can work around it.

For the moment though uninstalling optifine should work until I get a fix.
