fresh config creates brand new set of classes

I ran into a weird issue where i created a fresh config for my dawncraft server instance and it was throwing invalid player data everytime i tried joining the world. i opened up the player data with nbtExplorer and saw my DC class tag was as expected it was set to ronin. Then i went and looked at the config folder for dc-classes and saw it had a whole set of classes ive never seen before. i tried just deleting the tag and selecting one of these new classes but found out that breaks the quest book for some reason. I have attached some of the class files as well as a screenshot of what the folder looks like.

found some additional info on this. for some reason the dawncraft folder was missing in the data folder. as well as the assets folder.
